$100 MIND Pledge

10 years ago, Weaver Elementary was a pilot school for an innovative learning program called Music Intelligence Neural Development, or MIND. The MIND Research Institute combines music instruction (piano) and graphically rich computerized math games to enhance students’ mathematical temporal ability. These skills build strong mathematical understanding.

Today, Weaver has become a model school for this proven learning system. All of our students (K-5) enjoy the benefits of the MIND program thanks to Friends of Weaver and your contribution!

MIND receives no funding from the State of California or from the Los Alamitos Unified School District. It is completely funded by Weaver parents through FOW's fundraising efforts. We ask that every Weaver family donate $100 to keep this progressive program thriving at Weaver. Your child will thank you for it!
